Joseph Waring

American Revolutary War veteran. He was born on January 26, 1734. He was a Private in Captain David Haight's Company, Stanwich, Ninth Connecticut Volunteer Infantry.

Private Waring must have joined the Religious Society of Friends after the war given the peaceful, non-violent nature of the religon (maybe through marriage?).

He died on January 14, 1815.
